Rental Agreement

Services Provided
The Service Provider agrees to provide a 360 Photo Booth rental package as selected by the Client, including equipment, setup, breakdown, and an on-site attendant

Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or on the event date before services begin.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in writing at least 72 hours prior to the event.

Event Space & Power
The Client agrees to provide adequate space, a level surface, and access to a reliable power source. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.

Safety & Conduct
Guests must follow instructions from the attendant. The Service Provider is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.

Equipment Damage
The Client assumes full responsibility for any damage to equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or unauthorized handling.

Weather Policy
Outdoor events require a covered and weather-safe area. No refunds will be issued for weather-related delays or cancellations beyond the Service Provider’s control.

Media Release
Unless otherwise requested in writing, the Client grants permission for photos and videos captured during the event to be used for promotional purposes.

Force Majeure
The Service Provider shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida
